Official terms, intellectual property ownership framework, and client confidentiality standards of Aurupa Design Studio LLC (Effective as of January 1, 2026).

1. 100% Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership Assignment

Aurupa Design Studio upholds complete IP cleanliness for all client deliverables. Upon receipt of agreed compensation:

• Full Assignment: All custom visual assets, Figma design systems, 3D meshes, Unreal Engine shaders, WebGL code, and tailored software implementations become the sole, exclusive intellectual property of the commissioning client.
• Work for Hire: All project deliverables are performed strictly as work-made-for-hire under the maximum statutory extent permissible by law.
• No Lingering Royalties: Clients hold perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide rights to utilize, modify, sublicense, or distribute the produced work without residual royalty obligations to Aurupa Design.

2. Master Services Agreement (MSA) & NDAs

Every client relationship is formalized under our standard bilateral Master Services Agreement (MSA) and comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We strictly prohibit:

• Unauthorized disclosure of confidential project briefs, pre-release game titles, unannounced features, or proprietary business logic.
• Use of client proprietary source code, internal APIs, or trade secrets in any public domain or marketing material without express written consent.

3. Enterprise Security & AI Tooling Governance (Claude Code)

As an advanced studio integrating state-of-the-art AI infrastructure—including Anthropic Claude Code for Business—Aurupa operates under stringent privacy and confidentiality policies:

• Zero Training on Client Assets: Client proprietary code, design assets, and communications are processed exclusively through enterprise business accounts configured with Zero Data Retention and explicit exemptions from model training.
• Encrypted Repositories: All codebases, tokens, and build artifacts are managed in enterprise-tier GitHub and Perforce repositories with two-factor authentication (2FA) and hardware key enforcement.
• Environment Isolation: Development and production staging environments are strictly segregated to avoid cross-contamination between client deliverables.

4. Global Privacy Policy (GDPR & CCPA Compliant)

Aurupa Design Studio LLC respects the privacy of our website visitors and enterprise partners. We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal or corporate contact information.

Data collected via our Contact & RFP portal (such as corporate email, company name, and project descriptions) is utilized exclusively for reviewing inquiries, drafting proposals, and providing customer support. You may request complete erasure of your business contact records at any time by contacting our data officer.
